Apple Wood Smoked Sea Salt is made using a medium course sea salt that is placed on screens and slow smoked for six hours. This sea salt comes in a reusable glass grinder when a smaller grind is desired. Smoking salt brings out a mild smoky flavor in the salt. All of our smoked salt is made using local Colorado Apple Wood. Smoked sea salt is widely used a finishing salt for use on anything from salad, meats, eggs, or as a replacement for regular table salt.
